FAQ

We have a no questions asked 30 day return policy. Just send us back the items in unused condition and we will be happy to issue a refund by bank transfer.  The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

There is a 5 year warranty on our plastic floats, which excludes normal wear and tear. Warranty on the deck is set by the relevant EU legislation on consumer protection.

All our products are designed to be safely handled by a single person. You can assemble a Ufloat raft, swimming platform or a jetty all by yourself. Of course it is way more fun to do it with friends. Our products can even be assembled on the water!

You need to try it out to see for yourself, however we assure you that it is very easy to steer, and what sets it apart from any other product we have seen on the market is how little propulsion is needed to put a Ufloat in motion.

There are many original ideas that have gone into making of our floats, just to mention a couple: All Ufloat products are optimised for transport, from full-truck deliveries to our distributors to single order shipments to our clients.

All parts needed to add frame and deck to our pontoons are readily available at the nearest hardware store. That’s right – there are no hocus-pocus custom parts needed, which means significant savings for you.

Ufloat pontoons are made from polyethylene, a polymer material which is lightweight, has very good impact properties and can be fully recycled.

Without special additives plastic materials degrade and become brittle, even crack, if exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period. We only use materials that are UV protected.

Ufloat plastic pontoons are Design category D compliant as set out in Article 20.1.(c) of Directive 2013/53/EU and are CE marked according to Decision 768/2008/EC Module A (internal production control).
